Glue the three bulkheads onto the bottom fuselage part. The bulkheads should be perpendicular to the bottom plate. Glue both fuselage sides to the bulkheads and bottom.
The fuselage nose and the cargo door are made from a lamination of 10 depron pieces. Glue 8 square pieces together and the two templates - one on each side.
Use a sharp knife to shape the depron block so it looks like the templates. Sand the end of the nose block in order to get a nice surface for glueing. Make the cargo door in a similar way. Glue the nose and cargo door depron blocks to the fuselage.
Sand the fuselage into the right Bronco shape. Use these photos for reference.
Make a canopy from foam or make a plug from wood and vaccum form a clear plastic canopy.
